After having a blood test and receiving confirmation from my medical doctor that I was post-menopausal, I couldn’t have been happier. I had experienced very few of the symptoms that friends had described with menopause. Needless to say, my elation was short-lived, when within a year; I began having hot flashes on a regular basis. For over 25 years I have suffered each summer in August with allergies due to the high ragweed count. I cannot thank Dr. Minette enough! I have struggled with chronic, recurring yeast / bacterial infections since I was in my early teens. Twenty-plus years later I have finally been released from the constant discomfort and aggravation of dealing day-in and day-out with this condition. For the first 8 years that I struggled with yeast, my primary care doctor continued to put me on drug store creams that were very messy and uncomfortable.
