SERVICES OFFERED:

Comprehensive Initial Visit
Dr. Minette will complete a comprehensive medical intake to gain information about existing health concerns, present symptoms, past medical history, current medications and supplements, daily dietary patterns, and general lifestyle habits.  Recent lab work will be reviewed and appropriate physical exams will be performed when indicated.  A homeopathic assessment is included as part of the visit when the patient's condition points toward this modality.  Based on the information obtained during the intake, the doctor will formulate a detailed treatment plan using natural therapies which specifically address the patient's health concerns.
Adult, 1.5 Hours, $225
Child, 1 Hour, $150

Urgent or Acute Symptom Visit
Dr. Minette will direct the efforts of this visit towards treating an isolated health issue that needs prompt attention. This type of visit is designed to gather information about the symptoms you are presently experiencing and formulate a precise plan of care to relieve you of your concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Adult or Child, 1 Hour, $150

Follow-up Visit
Dr. Minette will assess improvements in the patient's health since beginning the treatment plan and will make adjustments as necessary.
Adult or Child, 15 Minutes, $35
Adult or Child, 30 Minutes, $70
Adult or Child, 45 Minutes, $105

Complimentary consultations via telephone or email are offered to explain the various therapies used in naturopathic medicine and to clarify the range of health conditions treated by Dr. Minette. Insurance does not cover alternative medicine at this time; however, Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts often cover the office visit and/or supplements. Please check with your FSA/HSA provider to confirm your eligibility.
